Shipping and Delivery

These rules govern the delivery conditions for products purchased through the website www.alexshop.me, managed by:

1. Delivery Area

ALEXSHOP® provides delivery services:

  • within the territory of Montenegro
  • internationally, to all countries worldwide where delivery is technically feasible

Online shopping is available to both domestic and international customers.

2. Courier Services

Delivery is carried out via the following courier services:

  • DM Express Delivery – for deliveries within the territory of Montenegro
  • Milšped and other partner local courier services – as needed within Montenegro
  • DHL – for international shipments

The Seller reserves the right to choose another reliable courier service if necessary, in order to ensure faster and more secure delivery.

3. Delivery Deadlines

3.1. Montenegro

  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

3.2. International

ALEXSHOP® shall not be held liable for delays caused by: force majeure, customs procedures, courier service delays, or incorrectly entered address by the Buyer.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier service (DHL).
  • Estimated timeframes will be displayed during the checkout process.

Depending on product availability, a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments at no additional cost to the Buyer.

4. Delivery Costs

4.1. Montenegro. Delivery is 3.00 EUR for orders valued up to 49.00 EUR. • For orders exceeding 49.00 EUR, delivery is free of charge.

4.2. International

International delivery costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart, depending on:

  • destination country
  • weight and dimensions of the shipment
  • selected courier service

The Buyer is clearly informed of the total delivery cost prior to order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

For all shipments:

  • The Buyer is provided with a tracking number
  • The shipment can be tracked via the courier service's website

ALEXSHOP® is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete tracking information provided by the courier service.

6. Receipt of Shipment and Buyer's Responsibility

Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer is obliged to: inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage. If the Buyer notices any damage:

  • they are obliged to report it immediately to the courier
  • they must create a formal damage report (claim) with the courier service

Subsequent claims for mechanical damage incurred during transport cannot be accepted without a formal report from the courier service.

Upon receipt of the shipment without any objections, the shipment is considered to have been received in good condition.

7. Failed Delivery

In the event that:

  • The Buyer is not available at the address
  • The address is incorrectly provided
  • The Buyer refuses receipt of the shipment without a justified reason

the shipment will be returned to the Seller, and the Buyer shall bear:

  • the cost of the return shipment
  • any costs associated with a re-delivery attempt

8. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for any applicable:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • administrative fees

ALEXSHOP® has no influence on the amount of these costs or the duration of customs procedures.

9. Force Majeure

ALEXSHOP® is not liable for delays or inability to deliver in cases of:

  • natural disasters
  • acts of war
  • strikes
  • epidemics
  • other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control
