Delivery

Delivery is free throughout Montenegro, free of fees and postage. Delivery is via the Montenomax courier service. Delivery time from the moment of order is 24h. The goods are shipped to the address you provided when entering your information in the online shopping process.

We deliver and sell worldwide. International delivery is done by our partner company DHL, which is a leader in air freight transport and guarantees fast and safe delivery of goods.

W2 COMPANY D.O.O & ALEXSHOP.ME does not bear any customs costs and fees for international shipping. Contact your local customs or courier agency for more information on the amount of tax (and other details) in your country. If you decide to pay for the goods on delivery, you pay for the goods with cash on delivery. The amount to pay is just the price of the ordered goods listed on the site - no additional fees and postage. The method of payment by cash on delivery is only valid for Montenegro. If you have paid for the goods with a credit card or paypal, you will not incur any further charges on delivery. You can use credit cards or paypal to buy goods from other countries.

If you have paid for the merchandise with an internet card, you will not incur any charges on delivery. Ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When picking up, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and immediately advertise the product to the supplier (Montenomaks or DHL) in case of damage. Seller disclaims all liability for damage that may occur during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after it has been shipped, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. If the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered by the seller, he is entitled to claim from the buyer reimbursement of all costs associated with delivery. The seller agrees to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation that the online transaction is approved. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the seller agrees to send the shipment within 5 (five) business days. Once the shipper (Montenomaks or DHL) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and any delays and problems that may arise regarding the handling and delivery of the goods.
