ALEXSHOP® cooperates with authorized partner service centers for the maintenance and repair of watches. We provide customers with professional servicing in accordance with:
- legal rights to product conformity,
- manufacturer's terms and conditions,
- applicable regulations of Montenegro.
Within the scope of service activities, it is possible to perform:
- battery replacement
- basic service interventions
- malfunction diagnostics
- repair or replacement of defective mechanisms
- other technical procedures in accordance with the service center's capabilities
All interventions are performed exclusively by:
- authorized partner service centers
- expert and qualified personnel
Important Notes
Service activities are provided in accordance with applicable legal regulations and manufacturer rules. The right to free repair applies exclusively within the scope of legal conformity or manufacturer's conditions.
Damages resulting from:
- improper use
- mechanical impacts
- moisture
- unauthorized interventions
are not subject to free service intervention.
ALEXSHOP® reserves the right to perform an expert assessment of the validity of the request before any intervention.
