These Terms of Sale regulate the rights and obligations between:

and buyers who make a purchase through the website www.alexshop.me (hereinafter: the “Buyer”). By purchasing through the website, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Sale and accept them in their entirety.

1. Conclusion of Contract and Order Confirmation

• 1.1. After receiving the order via the website, the Seller has the right to perform a telephone or electronic confirmation of the order.
• 1.2. The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order and/or sends the Buyer an order confirmation via e-mail or other durable medium.
• 1.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products in proper condition and within the agreed deadline.
• 1.4. In case of impossibility of delivery or changes in conditions, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer without delay.

2. Prior Notification of the Consumer (in accordance with Article 64 of the Law)

Before concluding a distance contract, the Buyer is informed about:

• the identity and address of the Seller
• the main characteristics of the product
• the total price including taxes
• delivery costs
• the method of payment
• the delivery deadline
• after-sales services and warranty (if applicable)
• the right to unilateral termination
• return conditions and exceptions

This information is clearly highlighted on the website and throughout the ordering process.

3. Deadline for Execution of the Contract

In accordance with Article 71 of the Law:

• 3.1. The Seller is obliged to execute the contract no later than within 30 days from the day of receipt of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
• 3.2. If the goods are not available or delivery is not possible, the Buyer has the right: to terminate the contract, or to grant the Seller a reasonable additional deadline.
• 3.3. In case of termination, the Seller is obliged to return the paid amount within 30 days, in accordance with the law.

4. Right to Unilateral Termination of the Contract

In accordance with Article 66 of the Law:

• 4.1. The Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.
• 4.2. Termination is performed by sending a written notice to the Seller (e.g., e-mail to the contact address or another written channel specified on the website). The Buyer can also exercise the right to unilateral termination by using the contract withdrawal form available on the Seller's website.
• 4.3. The contract is considered terminated at the moment the notice is received by the Seller.

5. Consequences of Contract Termination

In accordance with Article 68 of the Law:

• 5.1. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own expense no later than within 30 days from the day of termination.
• 5.2. The Seller is obliged to perform a refund within 30 days from the day of receiving the notice of termination, in accordance with the law.
• 5.3. The Buyer shall not bear any penalties or additional costs other than the cost of returning the goods.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Termination

In accordance with Article 69 of the Law, the right of termination does not apply to:

• products made to the Buyer's specifications or adapted to personal needs
• products that have been used or worn
• products which, by their nature, cannot be returned
• unsealed audio/video recordings and software

Watches that have been worn or used cannot be subject to return.

7. Product Conformity

The Seller ensures product conformity for a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable laws. Conformity implies that the product:

• matches the description
• possesses the usual characteristics
• functionally fulfills its intended purpose

The Buyer loses the right to conformity if the defect occurred due to:

• improper use
• unauthorized repairs
• mechanical damage

8. Payment Security

In the online payment process:

• ALEXSHOP® has no access to card data
• card data is not stored in the Seller's system
• the Seller only receives information regarding transaction authorization

Payments are protected by:

• SSL encryption
• PCI DSS Level 1 standard
• Monri Payment Gateway system

All payments are processed in EUR.

9. Prohibition of Unsolicited Delivery

In accordance with Article 73 of the Law:

• The delivery of goods or services without the Buyer's prior order is prohibited.
• Any goods delivered without an order are considered a promotional gift.

10. Copyright and Trademark

All content on the website is the copyrighted property of:

The brand ALEXSHOP® is a registered and protected trademark.

Any copying, distribution, reproduction, or public disclosure without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The laws of Montenegro apply to these Terms.
• The court in Podgorica shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
