These rules regulate the terms and security of payments for products purchased through the website www.alexshop.me, managed by:

2. Card Payment Processing

Card payments are processed through a certified system: Monri Payment Gateway

ALEXSHOP® at no time has access to:

• payment card number
• CVC/CVV code
• card expiration date

Card data is not stored in the Seller's systems. The Seller only receives information regarding: successful transaction authorization declined transaction

3. Security Standards

All payments are protected by applying:

• SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer)
• 128-bit or stronger data encryption
• PCI DSS Level 1 security standard

This enables secure data transfer between: the user's device, the ALEXSHOP® website, and the card-issuing bank.

4. Transaction Authorization and Decline

• declined – the Buyer will receive a notification of failed payment and will be able to: retry the payment, or choose another payment method

ALEXSHOP® has no insight into or influence on the reasons for decline.

5. Payment Currency

All payments on the website are made exclusively in the currency: EUR (euro)

In the case of payment with a card issued in another currency, the conversion is performed by the card-issuing bank in accordance with its exchange rate.

7. Liability and Limitations

ALEXSHOP® shall not be held liable for:

• misuse of the card by third parties
• unauthorized transactions occurring outside the ALEXSHOP® system
• technical problems of the bank or payment processor
• temporary unavailability of the payment system

In the case of a refund for card payments, the refund is made exclusively to the same payment card used for the purchase.
