1. Right to Unilateral Contract Termination

In accordance with the applicable Law on Consumer Protection, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason. The right to terminate is exercised exclusively by:

• sending a written notice to the Seller (e-mail or other written channel specified on the site)
• the buyer can also exercise the right to terminate by filling out the unilateral contract termination form available on the Seller's website.

The contract is considered terminated at the moment the Seller receives the notice.

2. Conditions for Product Return

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

• the product must be unused and unworn
• the product must be in its original packaging
• all accompanying parts, documentation, and protective films must be returned
• the product must not show signs of wear, damage, or improper use

Products that have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be subject to a refund.

3. Return Costs

The Buyer shall bear:

• all costs of the return shipment
• the transport risk when sending the return

The Seller shall not be held responsible for:

• loss of the shipment during return
• damage incurred during return transport

It is recommended to send the return via registered mail with tracking.

4. Deadline for Returning Goods

The Buyer is obliged to:

• send the goods for return no later than 30 days from the date of sending the notice of contract termination.

Shipments sent after the expiration of this deadline may be rejected.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• The Seller will issue a refund of the paid funds within 14 days
• The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed

The Seller reserves the right to:

• reduce the refund amount in the event of a reduction in the product's value caused by the Buyer's improper handling
• refuse the refund in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions from point 2

6. Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right to a refund does not apply to:

• products made to the Buyer's specifications or adapted to personal needs
• products that have been used or worn
• products with visible signs of use
• products without original packaging or with incomplete documentation
• products where the protective film or seal has been removed

Watches where the protective film or seal has been removed, or which have been worn, cannot be subject to a refund.

8. Product Exchanges

Product exchange is possible exclusively:

• with prior agreement with the Seller
• if the product is unused and meets the conditions from point 2

The costs of exchange shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the error was the fault of the Seller.
